Our History

Formerly known as YassinSARL, Beautypack was created by Angelo GATTI in the year 2007 with the aim of designing, injecting, assembling, decorating and filling boxes intended for cosmetic use. Our first and main client is the Micys company group, which owns the famous PUPA Milano brand. From the year 2021, the factory, which today bears the name BEAUTYPACK, has widened its borders in order to make its expertise available to any customer needing a supplier experienced in plastic injection, decoration (tempography, screen printing, hot printing, etc.) and the assembly of plastic components.

Our Factory

Based in Sidi ABDELHAMID Sousse, Tunisia, 1H30 mn from the princial port of Rades (Tunisia) and 24 hours from the port of Genova (Italy), we have an area of 12,000 m², of which 6,000 m² covered area.

Our park is made up of:

12 injection presses with a tonnage varying between 100 and 420 tonnes.
11 tampography machines
6 decorating machines
3 marking machines
15 hot printing machines
15 hotmelt machines
1 Laser machine (since 2016)
3 serigraphy and UV oven
36 Melters for bulk filling
8 long assembly lines

We have a team of 34 people experienced in: Quality Control / Logistics / Plastic injection / tempography / Lasering and plastic cutting / Hot printing.
